Cheeze & Thank You does a wide range of cheezes— from sauces to dips, spreads to blocks, wheels, and everything in between. I focus on providing an array of options for allergy restrictions as well; soy-based, nut-based, and seed-based options are all available. Some of the cheezes done in the past include: Dill Havarti, Queso, Mozzarella, Fresh Mozzarella, Everything Bagel Mozzarella, Gournay, Pepper Jack, Colby Jack, Cheddar, Smokehouse Cheddar, American, Fontina, Truffle Fontina, Black Garlic Fontina, Smoked Gouda, Pesto Gouda, Swiss, Cream Cheese, Brie, Gorgonzola, Feta..
